Strictly Protein Shakes, Vitamins, Omega-3, and Fiber Pills?

Your teeth would weaken, I think. They need to be worked to stay healthier. This, among other things, was one of the problems with the Atkins diet fad, Slimfast, etc. There were no carbs or crunchy solids to chew, so the teeth and gums would suffer if done long enough. I could be wrong, but I think that's what I remember to be correct.
 
Why don't you try it, and then tell us...

I'm actually thinking about it. But I'll eat fruits and some nuts and sometime veggies, have a cheat day once a week.

My stats right now is: 160lbs at 25% body fat.

I'll let ya know how it goes.


edit: Also, I may eat lean meat instead of protein shakes for some meals.
