Serious question, what has Izzy said during the lead up?

It seems he's letting Sean sell the fight.

First and foremost, i should be clear, i wholeheartedly believe Adesanya's gonna smoke him, but he saying stuff like:

• His charitable nature is the reason Sean's getting this fight at all.
• Sean should be thanking him for giving him a reason to leave the U.S. because he's a hillbilly
• If Sean talks during the fight, he's gonna break his jaw.
• The only reason Sean's got this fight is due to the fact he's been around for as long as he has.

My whole point isn't that Izzy can't say these things or that they're not true, it's that from a marketing perspective, Izzy is an idiot.

It's the same as the Du Plessis N-Bomb saga. Like, Dude? You're on the precipice of becoming a fucking superstar and instead, you're making yourself unmarketable.

I realize that this is the fight game and i'm going on about pussy image stuff, but Izzy is making himself thoroughly unlikeable, particularly against someone like Strickland, which is really saying something.

He's always been extremely unlikeable, which is odd because when he's not using canned lines and trying to put on a show he seems level headed and reasonable. I have no idea why he acts the way he does. He gets insane UFC push regardless so I can't get away from hearing him say stupid shit.
