Strickland is super underrared this will be his moment. Adesanya will be fighting butthurt and looking for highlight reel knockout but its going to be his downfall. I see Strickland overwhelming Adesanya by TKO or submission

I highly doubt it, but I’m absolutely hoping it happens. Strickland doesn’t use much headmovement or footwork. He just walks straight at opponents and eats shots. He tries to overwhelm them with his pressure and being right in their face, but Izzy has underrated cardio and has been training for 5 round fights for ages, so I don’t see him fading.

You know, considering the sheer amount of fights that have happened in the UFC, it is kinda surprising that this hasn't happened even once before.

Then I was reading the shit Izzy's talking in the leadup, and now I'm hoping for the upset.

Adesanya is definitely letting his inner dipshit shine. Strickland is a heel through and through, Izzy could look like a fucking superhero taking the high road here (a la GSP) with this squash match, but instead opts for the arrogant route.

Best case scenario, Izzy gets upset and no instant rematch, considering he just got one with Pereira.
Worst case.... Double KO.
