Sage is a wholly mediocre fighter they were banking on the beach blond hair shtick like with Paige but hes not gonna be much

then theres Perry. A solid action fighter than can win FOTN on any card but just not ever gonna be a top fighter and likely not even top 10 for that matter unless he sneaks into a fight with a top 10 guy and lands a big punch

Perry is a very entertaining fighter with a fan friendly fighting style.
UFC does actually do something right in this one.
But I do agree about Sage.

Edit: I do think Perry still has potential rising to the top.

i agree about Perrys fighting style which i highlighted in OP, just dont see why promote him when he has a very clear ceiling and wont ever be a top fighter
