Another silly comment. The belt should be available for people to challenge. After all this is how the people are making money (you know their living). Don't let the fact that you are a fan of Connor sway your opinion. Why have the belt if people cant fight for it?

The UFC signing Nate vs. Conor 2 looks to me like a sign that Conor won't or can't go back down to FW in time for UFC 200. In order to market the fight as a bigger deal, they probably won't strip him of the belt until after the PPV. If that is the case, they should at least have Aldo and Edgar fight for an interim belt that becomes the real belt if McG can't get back down.
