Stop disrespecting Tim Kennedy, guy deserves a title shot

His fighting is vastly underrated and he deserves a shot at the championship, which he would win. Imagine Tim Kennedy middleweight champ! Taking his belt overseas! A victory for all of the USA.

I don't really understand the whole thing about him getting cheated against Romero. He only landed the shots after holding Romero's glove down. That being said, it should have been a no contest. Oh well. Rashad should have this in the bag.

Title shot is deserved by one way, and one way only. When you emphasize the word DESERVE.

Your activity and results inside the cage.

Look at Kennedys stats in UFC. 4 fights in octagon, latest one being a defeat. Last time he was active over 2 years ago.

He has been now longer time inactive in UFC, then active, since being signed by UFC.

You don't deserve title shots by being a "great guy", "role model" or "patriot".

You do the work inside the organization and hope to get the call.

I think previous record of his is very good, but that's it, it is history. Not the present. He needs to prove he still is as good as he was and show these couple years have not taken the fight out of him, or the skills.

He was in front of me at the Austin airport TSA line a few months ago. I was gonna say something but saw he was typing on Twitter. He was going off on a crazy Benghazi rant. I didn't say anything.


So no title shot for him.

Agreed, although Tim brings a lot of heat on himself. I think he beats Bisping relatively easy, he's a younger version of Dan without cardio issues.
