i am not sure whether the latest EO will actually widen the net significantly beyond the existing 2014 sectoral sanctions. but there was a massive panic following the CCP sanctions that pompeo and trump put together, and that biden essentially continued. a lot of US funds had to drop "household names" like huawei.

Looking at the premarket damage and its already somewhat muted.

Qqq briefly touched its jan 27th intraday low and is sitting just above it. Tsla sitting on 200 day. This could literally go either way. Personally I'm getting sick of these intraday about face moves from down 1.5% to rising like the undertaker to green in a 15 minute span.
