Market kinda looks a little exhausted IMO. Lots of stocks I follow at all time lows, sold off brutally. Value might just be coming back into play.

Hoping DKNG continues its down trend. Will nibble if it hits under 35.

Feeling a little anxious to invest in anything to heavy. It’s a traders market for now.

probably a quick sell-off while people playing the arbitrage swing get out. but the acquisition is seen as SUPER bullish now.

The people doing the math on that are claiming roughly 1.75x AMD shares per 1 xlinix share on the merge while AMDs stock will sink down to the 130’s from the merger.

I’m just wondering how they believe AMD’s stock valuations sink (even if it’s temporary) upon a merge given it will give there overall valuation a boost and the news drawing more potential buyers in.

it's not about the fundamentals/math (well, the arbitrage is, but not what you're asking about).

people are buying xlnx just to cash in when it converts/the arbitrage ratio corrects the gap. therefore, downward pressure on amd's sp when they sell, which will be within a 2-day window.

the acquisition is immediately dilutive to the shares but accretive to the balance sheet.

man, today was wacky. i made a LOT of moves but most were small. locked in gains on like 10 pieces of shit just before 5-10% drops, but stuck in root's 10% drop. lolz.

all in all, i ended up flat as my solar shit took hits balancing out all my moves.

Rivian price is insanity. 18 months ago Tesla had a lower cap than Rivian, WTF.

To put it in perspective, Rivian is 50x times the valuation of TSLA when they IPO'd in 2010, and were already selling vehicles. Buy these metrics Tsla is worth 8 trillion lmao. Tesla stock dare I say it looks cheap lol.

Based on probability I cannot see this ending well..

This is a garbage stock my buddy tried to get me in. They have been on my watch list, because he recommended it.
They make body cameras but have no sales. They do press releases that they sold like 5 cameras to some small town. Kind of funny.
Anyway, this stock always jumps on riots and potential riots. I was busy this morning, but it jumped 5% and has come back some.
I don't think there is going to be a big riot for Rittenhouse verdict (I know we keep the politics to a minimum in here) because I thought he was a clear cut case of stand your ground, you could argue why was he there but he was just defending himself. So was not looking to be a buyer , because like I said did not think it was going to be a big riot. Mostly the typical shit heads that are just looking for an excuse to riot but nothing large scale.
I will wait until the verdict and test my theory with this stock. Get in and get out for a quick 5%, the problem is I don't want to get stuck with shares if my theory is not right.

Tho the short interest is way down. Only $4.20 seems like a decent gamble considering the short report and first insider buy stand took place above $6.
A flip from 4 to 5 give or take seems not absurd.
