Well... I have got absolutely murdered on biotech since last week. It is catastrophic. If my huge UAL bag wasn't there to mitigate some I would be even more ill.

Yeh I can't fkn win. I sat for days, 70% cash with many puts and the mother fkn market kept creeping up....finally drop my puts and buy some breakouts and the floor drops out.

Luckily I've been out of big tech but all my small cap shit got murdered today. Everybody pricing in full economic recovery and buying real economy stocks. Should have seen it coming

This is nothing yet either that's the thing. EV and tech is still way over priced. So expecting this correction to continue.

Its going to be a fucking horrible week for EV and solar holders etc.

Buffet bet big on oil. I think it's the safe play if this is the start of things to come.

The good news is just maybe its back to real investing and fundamentals here, and that's what I like about stock picking. Those that have bet/bought companies without any real fundamentals are going to get wrecked.

I used to do appraisals in there back between 2006 to 2010, now it too fucking far for me to drive and it was before I opened up my own shop. It was a pain in the ass because you had to use their MLS to get all the sales in there.
There is a new documentary out about the Villages. Its is like 6 bucks on Amazon to rent it. I am waiting for it to be free and then I will watch it.
One of the dudes in the documentary, is an older dude that lives in his van, trying to get a sugar momma to move in with.
