Can someone explain to me how one can find stock like CLPS which was at 3$ for a long time and all of a sudden rocketed to 14$ in a day? How does one find these cheap stocks before they grow 300%?

My discipline is for my IRA and 401k where I can accumulate wealth slowly and steadily using dollar cost averaging and a massively diversified portfolio.

Stonks are for YOLO shoot the moon fun, a quarter step up from me getting drunk and betting my buddy $100 that I can still make 8/10 free throws with my eyes closed.

Where do you look for cheap stocks? Everything I see in Stockwits is either 100% up or red.

I have a passive ETF portfolio that's doing ok. Most of the bigger companies will already be in the ETFs and I have some thematic/disruptive tech ETFs. So just want to gamble a bit with individual stocks and try my luck at the casino.
