Seems like a lot of these SPAC deals are getting full valuations pre-LOI and making the class as a whole less exciting than it was at first as private companies negotiate for higher prices to make deals.
I'm surprised AACQ is being received so well while still unofficial, but lots of other stuff not doing great. (I sold SBG for a ew % gain and it's now down post deal because it was crap terms)
I was lucky to be out of GRSV and FAII but now dipping back in. Same with AVAN which got bid up today off 13g filings.

I had been sad to have sold PDAC, but in hindsight it's barely up off a lithium battery recycling deal.

Not a major loss in the grand scheme of things hopefully, but a lesson in not loading too big without a quick trigger or spacing out your buys to dollar cost average. Which is why the handful of shares I still have are inconsequential because I average in on the way down and out on the way up.
But hey, you seem to enjoy the yolo and it hits big sometimes and I don't get those as much. Just don't chase the top of the market that is lurking.
