I'm thinking I might start loading on Dennys.
Getting destroyed from COVID, but trimming stores and more and more people will be driving to travel rather than fly IMO, so tons more roadside meal traffic.

Counterargument: as trucking evolves say goodbye to as many long haul meals?
 
My guilty pleasure is stock message boards. They are fucking hilarious. I originally went to them for information but you mostly get people arguing and dumb posts.
If your stock is down or not moving its always shorts keeping it down. Never because the company sucks.
Longs crack me up. Stuff like here comes the power hour, buckle in for the rocket ship. Shorts getting squeezed. Here comes the institutions.
The other favorite is the stock is selling for like a 1.50 and posters are like it will be at 10 by the end of the week.
The Yahoo stock message board is the best.

Been to the Stockwits one as well.
I am in AYTU, which does nothing every day. It goes up a couple cents and then goes down a couple cents. I have not lost money but not made any either. So I went to their message board on Yahoo to get information(after checking a couple other boards), and I went there to figure out why they arent moving since they make Covids tests. Originally I was like all these posters are idiots. Now I go there just to laugh.

I took my 1% scalp for the day on NIO on tencent investment. (at a much lower price)

Their patented projection tech is amazing. They are primed to be bought out. Rumors of Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Apple looking at them.
Now the bad news last quarter had 1.5 mill in Revenue and 200 million market cap.
They have a great product and the buyout rumors brought me in. Not sure how long I stay but will walk away with some money.
 
Hoping my INTC short pays this afternoon; apple just confirmed they're dropping them for in house chips. Ahh nvm still doing some w/ them; running away even.

yup. intel's stock is gonna intel. i don't think it's going to collapse until after q3 earnings report. maybe after q2 if they actually give guidance.
 
Ended my day up only a touch; that annoying OMI stake the laggard.
Thought I'd be down but my bottom-feed on LTHM shot up at the end and I gtfo lol.
For some reason no TSLA shares available to short thru my broker which is confusing.
 
MVIS went up today. I almost sold it twice but knew there was going to be profit taking on it, which would cause it to dip some, but it held which is a good sign. Still leery because they make no money, but have great tech, but this run is totally fueled by buyout rumors. There also has been some large block buys. I am up 43% in two trading days, will walk out with 20% but going to roll the dice that is has more of a run in it. I put a sell stop on it at 20% because it could fly or it could also tank, still not sure. Like I posted before their projection tech is amazing but they have not figured out how to make money on it.
 
Someone was bullish on Yeti in the 20s here and it just hit an absurd ATH @$42.
I've been seeing a lot of sales of their product this month, wondering if the market is starting to tap out. Prolly will run mindlessly to just short of 50 then dump.

Ugh I got out of INO way too early this morning.

That's twice in two days. Definitely going to compensate for that by staying in something too long that totally bombs.

This is a bloody precarious exercise.
 
sold all of my plug shares/leaps

will probably try to wheel my way back in, assuming it drops back to the $5 range.
