They weren't on the show for an interview. He just teased that after the break he was gonna talk about them; I knew he had already sucked their IPO dick the other day during an interview during trading hrs. So I figured it would happen again and took 1%. The problem being that I should have known it's a low float fad and run 4+% off nothing. Same thing happened to Zoom Info last week: I took 1%, he said it had room to run, opened up 10%..... it's thats down 20% from there lol.

If I want to figure out who is gonna be on his show I usually watch Squawk Box at 9am EST and he teases it. Other times not so much. He tries to throw curveballs sometimes tho, so I try to identify things he legitimately is shilling/paid/repeatedly talking about.

aiight. i usually start with bloomberg so i never get the hints or whatever.

the jp morgan shit was enough for me to take a bite, but not enough to yolo. although, if i saw that during market hours, i would have bought more calls.

I hope you guys jumped on APT. Its up 26% the last week, and their giant earnings will not come out until 08/05. CA made wearing masks in public mandatory.

nope, saw the crazy spike, though. i kept it on a list and was going to make a move if it dropped. and then it never really dropped. congrats. and if you still have it, good luck. i would have sold today for sure.

I still have it and up almost 50% and not selling until after 08/05 earnings.

if you're determined to hold til then, i'd strongly recommend selling weekly far OTM calls on it... or a 7/31 for the highest strike.

i mean, assuming you're not, already

and ha, i just realized i sold puts on it earlier. *shrugs* obviously, they didn't assign.

I dunno man; did you see what happened to Kroger today? Blew their numbers out of the water and still went down 6% despite not even being close to their ATH.
It's a fad and future revenues might be totally different. I would guess that most retailers who ride it think it will now trend up post earnings like LAKE did, but in that enthusiasm will actually run that pre-earnings and post earnings will be a drop. So I'd say sell the last of it right before earnings, if not earlier should covid start clearing.

Sold most already but up 10% premarket :)

I sold some of my position, but looks solid since their biggest problem was debt.

just saw this now, it's already up a bit today but i might make a small move on it, at least. i wish the volume was higher, but it seems to have enough in the order book.

edit: picked up 100 to force me to keep an eye on it. lolz

amc drove me nuts earlier amid the covid hysteria. on 2/27, after their steller ER... the stock couldn't swing upwards and just utterly collapsed. i think it's odd that it even hit $6 again, it was getting hammered before covid due to people thinking movie theatres have no future/streaming wins total victory. *shrugs* so it's weird to see how far it's recovering... with the weakest movie schedule (ever?) and limited seating.

obviously, can make for great flips/scalps, though.


edit: and just sold all my enph (shares and calls). i'm sure it has more room to run, but i made a little killing, so whatever
