if you want freefall, look at enph

i flipped a bunch of contracts, just bought some reallllly cheap calls (because... for the price, why not, i guess?), but now am not sure how to play or if i should sit the rest out.

(short seller accusing them of accounting fraud or something)
Damnit I was short ENPH weeks ago and got nothing thinking it was overvalued.
The scary thing is all their insiders dumped shitloads of shares within the last month. Like literally a billion dollars of stock sold within the last 4 weeks by insiders.
Why can't we retrain police officers to throw these people in prison? This is about as much money as all petty theft in America combined for a year.

LOL of course all the solar stocks are down big on this...except Tesla of course which is up 2% on zero good news and a sales drop and model y defects story.
Truly the dumbest shits alive keeping this up.

yup.

and it's funny, because i always thought something was fishy about them, but just figured it was retards being emotionally attached to enph (vs any competitors) and etc. cramer didn't help. i flipped them a couple times, but i don't think i ever had more than 100 shares or held for more than a couple hours.

*shrugs*

for all i know, the accusations are baseless, though... and it might bounce back to $50 by the end of the week. but yeah, all the insider selling (i mean, someone could have just saw the insider selling, opened a short, and then leaked a report... it's obviously in the short's best interest) might be what solely made them a target

True, but I'm seeing a guy sell almost a BILLION bucks in stock. I really should have held the conviction and this dude deserves a conviction.

if the they did wrong, they'll probably see a prison cell. it's not like this went unnoticed. haha.

and this shit isn't doing me any favors with spwr (they're not doing themselves any favors, either - they still never said any details but said the split will be q3 now) - funny enough, right when i got sick of them for reals and decided to start aggressively selling calls to get out of this. it's funny. they seem to be the best solar company/have the best tech, but their management makes me want to strangle them. double entendre.

Hahah double entendres in back to back posts I love it.
Yeah I honestly I've been too burned by pre-split or pre-listing adjustment stocks. I feel like they usually take a 15% haircut before any post adjustment rebound.

edit: fuck it bought some down 27% based on the chart for the day and scored 1.5% and left.

Still has almost no bearing on the stock; the market is a lawless shitshow catering to conmen and market makers and we need massive criminal reform. For example, this stock shot up 15% in the days after he sold. Hopefully this buries them if they're fraudulent, but thats like wishing Fedor got a UFC title shot in 2008.

yup. i generally don't hold long enough to take advantage... and that's the irony - i was planning on trying to hold one (as in, actually long. like 1+ years) and sell the other. the one time i try to be responsible about taxes and trying to invest in something instead of trading... and i just get annoyed, anyway. womp, womp.

welp, playing enph weirdly

sold puts at $27.50 and below (6/19)
bought a few calls for july/august

if it's overblown, calls should print. if not, probably making enough from the puts to break even. as long as it's not under $25 by end of week.

dammit, sometimes i wonder if i have a action problem (ie: i play shit safeish generally, but constantly want to be in on it. i should probably just watch).

edit: nm, just sold the calls for a surprising profit. wtf? the sp dropped and the calls went up by ~45%

edit 2: i need to get my eyes checked. it was only a minor profit. bought them back for original price. and they lost 10% like immediately afterwards. lolz.

It seems to be moving in line with the market at a high beta now, so that could be a good sign for a bottoming.

plus, i made some adjustments and just have $25 puts now (i mean, on that side. i still have a couple calls i bought)

and it looks like a similar thing/report happened 2 years and was debunked or something. no idea. regardless, it's not a good sign when the directors dump shares like that. but the difference between a $60 sp or 40 or ~10-0 seems to be in these details.

omg. even with the dumping, it'll probably go up to 70 or something ridiculous. this stock's movements were always retarded.

Look at all the "short attack" stocks lately.
Each has ripped higher lol:
IIPR
GSX
IQ

Only Luckin actually worked out, but even that ripped higher at first.
Tho I guess that's prolly a reason why I should short all those stocls and buy ENPH

lol Nikola getting shat on by CNBC again over some obscure report, but never do this when reports come out against Tesla.
Totally corrupt shitheads trying to apply skepticism selectively.

i mean... IF enph is vindicated, it should jump to $50ish pretty quickly. lolz, it's up $2 AH.

their CFO responded, apparently.

So tempted to get in on some enph lol.

i picked up 100. won't risk more than this, though. and i'll try to either flip it tomorrow or sell a call on it (for friday, lolz), whichever seems more lucrative.

(and possibly eat shit, but we'll see)

lolz. remember monday, when i was trying to play tighter? yeah, whatever. i figured i was going to regret selling prpl early, too.

cool, maybe i can go back to selling puts on nkla tomorrow. lolz. cnbc's going to try to keep nkla down until tesla has semis.

Just bought a bunch of MVIS. Love their projection technology, plus they are priced for someone to suck them up.

damn should have thrown more onto RPRX knowing Cramer was gonna pump it.
I took 1% but it ran 4%
