Fedor would have never go life and death with 5'8 Cormier and he would have zulu'd Franck in one round without having to hold for his life during 25 minutes.

The ring wouldn't be good for him. For exemple he couldn't apply his gameplan for Ngannou under the Pride rules.

I agree the HW is far from thriving but let's not be dumb, a guy with freakish strenght and good boxing and clinch would be a puzzle in every era.

Let's not forget that in Fedor's era, in Pride, there were unlimited steroids. A fully juiced Stipe would've been a beast to behold.

Stipe would be a top contender in any era. Would've loved to have seen him against Fedor, CroCop, and Big Nog during their primes. Those would've been great fights. I think he likely smokes all of the other HWs of that era though Arlovski had the speed and power to sleep anyone and poor Timmy is criminally underrated.
