Stipe played college baseball and was scouted by teams. He's got a legit swing so you know he's played baseball. You can tell someone who's never played right away by their swing.

Yes, Stipe has played baseball before, he played in college at Cleveland St and at Trevecca Nazarene University, a small DII team in Tennessee.

Ok so to your question I would say basically any half way decent former highschool(and up) player that is in half way decent shape. A lot of high schools use fields that aren't much different from pro dimensions. Probably a lot of drunk softball league players as well. So that guy saying millions was probably correct.

Batting practice is basically someone putting something slow and right down the middle for you to crush.
