What SHOULD happen is that the parents of the bullies get in trouble in some way. Most bullying is the result of terrible parenting. Kids learn morals from their parents. I'd wager a lot of money that the parents are real pieces of shit.

There was a day and age where I would have agreed completelyl with this, but I'd suggest this is probably in the minority nowadays.
