Ive found that the good heavyweights are usually more down to earth than the subweights. You could point two angry tirades by Hunt or Werdum, but they stand up for themselves, and seem like family men the rest of the time. Not a lot of shit talk, flashing money, cars. Alistair seems the most outspoken and arrogant in that lineup, and he isnt too bad, really, compared to the shortdinks in smaller weightclasses.

Small guys who got beat up and had puff themselves up for self defense have a lot of issues to overcome. Nate Diaz is a classic case: skinny guy who constantly needs to prove his toughness. Everybody who acts like Nate are skinny guys in my experience, never big guys.

You mention Reem as the exception: he seems to be the most shit-talking, of all the HW's. We've seen pictures of him choking out women, kicking kids ect... Well he wasn't a big guy before roids. Actually he was very scrawny, hence the attitude and the survival tactics of a small guy.

it's weird hopefully they are kids. First of all it was a joke and Stipe is HW champion so he's not concerned with trying to look "alpha". Second it's very likely it was his idea to do the cleaning himself, any normal guy is going to tell his wife he'll do the cleaning when she is pregnant.

Stipe wasn't always bigger than everybody else, at least not as a kid. He's one of those guys that puberty zaps with its growth ray.
