If all hate speech has to be removed, a fantastic way to get rid of things you don't like is to declare it hate speech.

Last year a good buddy was displayed at the hospital like one of the 7 wonders after getting zapped. The doctors reactions? "You're not supposed to survive that!" His prick of a boss on the other hand was badgering him the next day to go back to work. Yeah, I'll stick to plumbing/heating thanks.

Makes sense, but is there any evidence/estimates of actual dollars lost to support this theory of their motives?

Any reason you know of that the brightest minds in tech can't learn to code something that allows sponsors to keep their own blacklist of channels? With all the other features, I'd imagine it rudimentary.
 
I'll say it again.

Youtube is allowed to censor or demonetize whomever they want. They can be as batshit biased as they want. There are other platforms Crowder can turn to.

Youtube is a private company. It should be able to promote or not promote whoever they want.

This isnt about traditional media crying about ratings. Its YouTube protecting themselves for they are in violation of specific FCC regulations regarding their ad buys and distribution.

An the fines in question if ever enforced could bankrupt all of Google.
