Maybe, but that can't be stated as a fact. There was 3 1/2 to 4 minutes left in the round so we don't actually know what would have happened.

Agreed though Stevie boy isn't levels below or anything of that nature. But maybe Pantoja is just a good style matchup for him. KKF knocked him out within a single round.
