Steroid accusations are stupid

Здарова чувак,
No, what I mean that people who say "I knew it" actually don't know shit.

Not know, but you're clearly wrong, I worked out for a couple of years and was about 180lbs while having no stamina at all.
You don't need freaking stamina to do a couple of squats, I even stopped doing cardio cause I didn't find any benefits for my gains.

While not all body builders hbmvar good stamina that is mainly due to the amount of body their muscles require.
What happens if you increase that blood cell count?

Not only will u be able to lift more reps to get more gains but this is not training for just pure body building ... this is training for MMA.

Stamina is required to be able to have gains and train MMA.

Increase stamina helps for more pure weight lifting as well. If you get gassed going up one flight of stares ... you need help.

So your saying all the people everyone said were cheating were actually cheating. And this somehow shows people how they shouldn't accuse people of cheating when they are obviously cheating.

So someone using EPO would never use anything else?

wtf how is this relevant. This is a bad thread and you're making it worse. Where did you go Alex come back!

Just realized, most of the people here just don't have a clue.
When someone pops on using PEDs, there is always a shit storm all over the internet, especially here.

I remember when Gleison Tibau popped, people acted like they knew all this time that he's on something, yet, he was tested positive for EPO.
Do you even know what is it used for? It has nothing to do with muscle growth, it's a drug that increases red blood cells, which basically improves your stamina. It's the same drug Lance Armstrong was using for years.
What it means, that Tibau probably developed his body without using steroids.

Then, we have Yoel Romero who was popped for MK-677. The shit storm reached a huge level here.
Well, if you think he was using steroids all these years, how come he was tested positive only now? He had even bigger muscles while competing in the Olympics, yet, he never popped once. In his case he even proved that the MK-677 came from his supplement, so it's probably safe to say he was never a steroid user.

Hector Lombard, well, you just can't get that big without steroids, right? Without a doubt he was using steroids and got banned like he should've. But now when he's back, he still has the same body, how come??

There are people who automatically accuse guys with lean muscle mass of using PEDs. Let me tell you, the eye test is a total horseshit!
From my personal experience, I have a friend that was about 185lbs of pure muscle. He was hitting the gym for years without doing anything extra, even his diet was kinda shit. He was blessed with good genes and was working hard for years.
How do I know he wasn't juicing? Because he is now.
Before he was juicing, he had a huge body, which looked pretty unnatural, but he was around the same weight for a couple of years and couldn't gain more. When he started finally juicing, he gained about 15lbs of muscle just in a few months and turned into an even bigger monster.
His pre-steroid physique is what people in this forum will call "juicing".

So next time, when you accuse guys like Sage, Conor, Yoel, Machida, Luke etc... Be honest and admit that you're just a jealous unathletic individual.

Was your friend also doing 20 hours of cardio every week? I bet not. Most people in personal fitness or body building will tell you that it's almost impossible to put on a significant amount of muscle while doing extensive amounts of cardio. That's why you're not seeing all those huge guys at your gym doing 1 hour of intense cardio - it's counter productive to their goals, so they'll just do 15 minutes of HIIT just to keep the fat down. So then we have pro MMA fighters who have no choice but to do an extensive amount of cardio and yet they have physiques that look like they just finished a German Volume Training program. That's why it's weird: Having a lot of lean muscle is one thing if that's what you're training for. But looking like a super hero while essentially hitting the treadmill for 20 hours a week? Yea, that's a bit suspect.

I have to agree with Alex. I personally knew two guys who anyone would think were on steroids to look at them, and I am certain that they hadn't been.

I've also been accused of having used steroids by a lot of people as well, and I'm nowhere near the size or quality of these guys.

I just started lifting weights at 14 and always trained hard. Plus I'm a lifelong martial artist.
I'm actually a hard gainer, but I started early and had a lot of discipline. Probably because of my martial arts.

Of course, these people are blessed with their rare genetics and it is impossible for the vast majority of people to achieve.

It's like having a genius IQ or something.
I have a friend who is totally lazy and never practices, but is an amazing guitarist.
Professional guitarists I know often cite him for his amazing ability.
These guys have long surpassed him, but only through lots and lots of hard work, but they still talk about him and his natural talent.
The two guys with the amazing physiques are the same. They were just blessed.
Artistic people... same thing.

They might, yet Tibau wasn't caught for anything else.

Some people have lives outside of sherdog.

Of course some do cheat, but jumping to this conclusion just from looking at their bodies is stupid.

All of the people we assumed were cheating, were caught cheating. What don't you get?

What it means, that Tibau probably developed his body without using steroids.

No it doesnt, thats utterly flawed logic.

Becaue he was caught for EPO that means he wasnt using steroids?

Actually, EPO is one of the more hard core drugs, you are messing with your entire circulation, get it wrong and you are looking at potentially fatal consequences...

An argument could be made, if someones willing to do EPO, they wouldnt think twice about using something as basic as steroids.
