Stats show that Andrei arlovski was beating Fedor until the KO

I’ve never moved Anderson down 5 spots, that was a typo. I’ve moved him from #3 to #5

You're out here claiming typos now to hide the fact that you hop bandwagons.

Honor the bet and delete your account.

You've ducked the bet in this thread about whether it was a lucky punch and now you're not honoring previous bets (which for some reason you brought up in this thread). You should be ashamed of yourself. You're a complete joke.

Exactly. @GOATtalks can't keep track of his lies and bandwagon hopping. It's kind of sad actually.

Hopefully he keeps his side of the bet and deletes his account. I'd like to see him come back though. He's a twit but he's our twit.
Yeah Annoying as F but he’s still a value add. He keeps the forums entertaining.

needs to man up and start that poll

Typically if someone was outclassing someone for the entire fight and gets caught, it can be seen as a fluke knockout. In this case, it wasn’t even a full round.

The first round leading up until the KO was closer than I originally though, I thought Arlovski was piecing him up from a distance but many of those shots were missing.

"You can't lose the war if you win the war."

"You can't lose the MMA fight if you win the MMA fight."

"You can't lose the Boxing fight if you win the Boxing fight."

Yes, but where does Henry Cejudo fit into all of this?

Everyone that watched the fight saw the same thing. AA looked great until he got chin-checked.

No shame for either fighter. And a lot of people forget the monster that Arlovski was/ still is.

Imagine if he doesn't go for the flying knee

full

This is kind of like saying a stock car racer was winning for 50% of the race but ultimately lost.

It doesn't matter how you start, or the middle, but how you finish

I was on the Arlovski hype train and was very pumped for this fight! This k.o was really the start of a rough go for Arlovski but amazingly he has recovered and is still in UFC

Chill out there Sheila, if you can't be bothered to prove your own point don't prove it, don't expect me to do it for you. So nobody said it, you just made it up.
I can certainly live with 1 moron thinking that way.

This is the type of quality conversation that makes sherdog the pinnacle of MMA intellectualism.

I can certainly live with 1 moron thinking that way.
Nobody said it, you got called out on it, that's why you're hurt. Who is the moron? The one that has been proved right or the one who made shit up then cried when called out and resorted to insults? Jog on boy.

Very similar to the "Tibau beat Nurmagomedov" crowd. Could it be argued? Sure, but given that the fight had no real significant action and nobody ever got hurt, it isn't all that relevant. Call it a draw in your eyes, but it wasn't a loss for Beebs... except in Fedor/Arlovski's case, there was a conclusion! One of them got KTFO!
Not very similar at all. "Tibau beat Nurmagomedov" implies that there may have been a judging error. "Arlovski was winning" is a matter of "what if" since he was finished and not in any rule-breaking way and there's no question that he actually lost that fight.

Wasn't the first time someone was up on Fedor before they weren't, and wasn't the last time.
Yeah, Maldonado beat Fedor to a pulp but he didn't beat his corrupt subordinates that were refs and judges at the event and lost the decision as a result.

Maybe slightly ahead but that was only note worthy because it was against Fedor.

That's not necessarily true. AA was ranked around #5 in the world when he fought Fedor, but he was ranked #3 in the world as recently as 2015 after beating Schaub, Bigfoot, Hapa, and Mir.
Andrei was ranked number 2 in the world when he fought Fedor, it was his highest rank ever.

Andrei rebounded years later but he was at his absolute best when he fought Fedor.

He most definitely was looking good. He started feeling himself and went for that flying knee that went absolutely nowhere
