I'm fat... great! I want to lose weight so I started weight training (compound exercises) 3x week and moderate/light cardio everyday a month ago. I lost 2kg/4lbs. I calculated my calories and macro needs but I was told that I'm not eating enough.
My TEE is 2144 and I'm eating 1800. Am I starving myself? I feel fine, sometimes hungry but not weak or anything but I was worried when someone said that's not enough.
What do you guys think?
