I'm fat... great! :mad: I want to lose weight so I started weight training (compound exercises) 3x week and moderate/light cardio everyday a month ago. I lost 2kg/4lbs. I calculated my calories and macro needs but I was told that I'm not eating enough.

My TEE is 2144 and I'm eating 1800. Am I starving myself? I feel fine, sometimes hungry but not weak or anything but I was worried when someone said that's not enough.

What do you guys think?

344 kcal a day is a very, very moderate deficit. You are not starving yourself.

I mean.. if I'm feeling okay it can't be that bad but "that's very low, not enough" made me think.

There are a lot of stupid people who like to give advice when it comes to losing weight. If you feel fine, then continue what you're doing.
 
If you're losing 1lb a week, then I guess its okay. I think at that weight, 2144 as a TDEE is a bit low. Of course, your activity level (exercise, and daily routine) affects this.

I'm not active so I calculated as a sedentary person even though I'm going to the gym everyday. I do nothing other than that, most of my time is in front of the pc getting fat and a bad back. lol
