STAR WARS VII v.5 (Terminally Ill Fan Passes Away After Wish Granted)

You hate his work? All of it?

The more unadulterated George Lucas a film is, the more I hate it. Early Star Wars and Indiana Jones, which were greatly shaped by collaboration with very talented and skilled people, are of a much higher quality, but they're still not my cup of tea.

Big premiere tonight, fans camping out in L.A.

Booked my ticket for Sunday @ 11:30pm, I'm off work Monday & hoping to have the theater to myself =D

I'm taking my son on Thursday, and honestly, I'm more excited about watching his reaction.

I live a block behind the Chinese theater on Hollywood blvd and they've had my street closed for like a week setting up bullshit for the premiere. It's a bigger pain around here than the oscars somehow. I've gotten in a few pretty funny shouting matches with the security guards on Hollywood who've caught me jumping the barricades every day to get across the street to my gym.

They usually say something like "Hey, you have to go around." or "I'm going to get the cops" (even though I've seen them like chicks through) and I usually say something like "I'm a rebel fuck you rent-a-storm trooper" or "I'm Han Solo I don't play by the rules chief". Working on something about my X-Wing being double parked for tonight.

Disney needs to calm down with this promotional campaign a bit. I'm as annoyed as I am excited at this point.

Holy shit the World première is tonight. Can't wait to hear some of my fave media outlets give their first non-spoilery reactions to the flick good or bad. Especially the huge fanboys at Collider Video.

Saw another article, about David Prowse, states he won't see the new Star Wars

David Prowse, who played Darth Vader so memorably in 'Star Wars', 'The Empire Strikes Back' and 'Return of the Jedi', has told the Sun that he has been snubbed by film bosses ahead of the release of the seventh film, expected to break box office records when it goes on release this week.

"No one bothered to contact me about the new movie, and to be honest I don't care. I don't even own Darth Vader's mask anymore.

"Those behind the film cut me out and have continued to ignore me for years. So do I have any interest in watching the new movie? No, I don't."

I've got a lot of respect for David Prowse, but at the end of the day they could have stuck any huge guy in the suit, got Jones to deliver the lines and the result would be the same. Prowse didn't even do all the Lightsaber fights; he was doubled by a stuntman for the more intense scenes.

Prowse needs to stop being so precious.

George Lucas just came on. This should be good.
