Star Wars Megathread

Happy to be back on the agreement side with you wild, ole fella
Thank you bro... I enjoy your knack for sticking to the positive. Aggreement or dis-agreement isn't a necessity though.

What is critical for now though is that we start to enjoy each other's differences like my arch rival @ChickenBrother & I have done lately. While having deep discussions that we have apposing viewz on... we've stopped taking jabs at each other. That's ninja shit that took years to develop & those have become healthy conversations that add valuable info to these threads. (cause we both know wtf we're talking about)

Teh dream is an active Star Wars thread that I can converse in without all the drama. Is that too much to ask for?

Grand Admiral Thrawn is set to make his debut. My life is complete.

Side note if Wedge has 2 death stars on the side of his ship shouldnt R2-D2 have one on his side, R2 did destroy a death star........

The Chiss who single handedly picked up and carried the EU...no Force needed....all hail our GOAT Admiral.

Anyone have any ideas on when/how we will see new sith in a disney+ show?

They would take advantage of his good looks and athleticism. Starkiller?

Yes!! I would love that. That’s perfect.

As I think of it, now I have invented a character in my brain named named Owen Darklighter (Like Biggs Darklighter and Owen Skywalker) from Tattooine who hunts and eats Wookiee (TD, GNP, hog tie, boil)

I just watched the first episode of the Disney+ series Star Wars: Visions. It's apparently a collection of unrelated anime episodes that take place in the Star Wars universe. The first one features a guy you presume to be a jedi but turns out he wields a red lightsaber and it's revealed he makes his way taking out Siths.

It's been years since I was into anime but based on the first episode, I'm interested to see more - hopefully they feature more cool in-universe stuff. Blurring the line between jedi and sith has been a thing for jedi and at some point I hope they give us a canon Sith who doesn't fit cleanly into either one. Not just guys like Anakin or Kylo Ren who spend years being total dickwads before realizing they're actually good guys just before dying.

This would be Mara Jade as the Emperors Hand....

Force Trained assasin but never really totally Darkside.

Give it to us Darth Disney.

I thought there was a Keanu Reeves show set in the past called disciple (however you spell it).

Guess your thinking of Star Wars: The Acolyte which is about some dark side user/sith stuff towards the end of the high republic era (about 30 years before a the phantom menace) listed as 2023 and beyond, so who knows.

Obi Wan show supposedly to include Inquisitors and Darth Vader

I've heard the name but wasn't very familiar with her backstory. But according to Wookiepedia, she was an assassin under Palpatine but went rogue after his death and then became full-on goody two shoes Jedi Master and Luke's wife? Was she ever an actual Sith force user or just a high level lackey?

oh no i just had an awesome idea. What if mando got baby yoda to use a crystal and make his rifle into a lightpike.

do it disney. do it.

the darksaber is too heavy but mando can hold a spear.
