Star Wars Episode 9 to have more "improvisation"

If you're going to rehash or do an homage to the original, they should have taken notes from Creed. Imagine if Ryan Coogler had spent the whole film parroting Rocky but instead throwing stupid "gotcha" twists in every five minutes. Creed followed a similar structure to Rocky but furthered the characters naturally. The Last Jedi just pulled down its pants and started pissing everywhere but the urinal.

Ah man, I was thinking of directors who are in tune with what the fans want...and Ryan Coolger was one out of a few, the others being Quenton Tarantino (who would never direct a SW movie) and the Russo Brothers.

Coogler really just gets everything....to the point where I go "holy shit I never realized that I felt that way"

In all honesty, there is a lot to fix, but it would not be hard. However, theyd have to accept that 8 is trash and do multiple things in 9 that basically admuts their failure.

Personally, i would find that refreshing and i couldnt tell you how grateful id feel to see an apology in the form of a repaired franchise.

What the film needs is a tightly focused script and dialogue, not improvisation, which is the opposite.

No but it was well executed and paced. Both the A and B stories were well focused and the story points come together nicely. Nothing feels forced no pun intended
