Stanford researchers developing cancer vaccine

That's awesome, the sad part is that I'm wondering exactly how much people will be gouged for it.

Would've been nice if this came out before my mom passed away.

This is where deep web will shine. I couldn't get cannabis oil or even CBD oil anywhere for my mom. I had to use bitcoin and buy from the deep web to get it.

Good news, but this throws population growth out of whack. Wonder how you balance that

Sorry to hear. I’ve lost a couple of family members and friends. I don’t know my biological family so I’m always worried about heart disease and cancer. I’m not sure why those and not everything else.

87 of 90 lab mice with “all traces of cancer” cured. Treats a wide range of cancers.

Human trials to start with 15 low grade cancer patients.

How awesome would this be.

I wish the story said what phase of FDA testing this is in.

For some reason, promising cancer treatments I heard about 10 years ago, that were in phase II FDA testing, just disappear like a fart in the wind before they make it to phase III when they could actually come to market.

This shit is ridiculous. Our current cancer treatment gives people cancer. I think we need to lower the bar for cancer treatments to get to market.

Whatever standard they are holding radiation and chemo to, is the standard these cancer treatments should be held to, and considering that radiation and chemo are purposefully poisoning your body as a treatment, that is a pretty low bar.

I’m definite a proponent of recreational pot, but it’s ludicrous that cancer patients can’t get their hands on even CBD oil without resorting to the black market.

They've been fast tracking new treatments the last several years - in large part to Obama and his 10billion investment in cancer research.

That's one of those things where the government really should be subsidising it. Lessening the burden on the health care system and getting cancer patients back to being contributing (tax paying) members of society. Win, win, win.
