Standing in the closed guard for MMA (video)

Thanks for the video Very nice technique. I love to stand up for ground and pound in mma escpicially the leg drag to punch.
 
Those arms on the neck look so risky. If the guy inverts...
 
Makes no sense to stand up in MMA with current ruleset, you can get upkicked.
