stand problem

I just moved into a new house and have no where to hang a heavy bag. i was thinking about building a stand instead of buying one. i have an idea how i could do it but any advice on how to go about this from someone who has done this would be appreciated..thanks.

you can build an a frame similiar to what would hold up a swingset, but for the cost involved i would consider a walmount. see links
