Sorry to come out swinging with the negatives but its what you really want to know so you can improve the product. In my opinion the stiff sounding host has a horrible presentation, the flashy supers are distracting, the jumping logo actually prevents you from focusing on the show's title, and the varying camera angles during interviews are disorienting. I can't tell you what to do about the host but since I work in television I do have suggestions for everything else.
First, don't shoot the host so loosely if he's sitting. Tighten the shot so it ends at mid-chest and replace the bouncing graphic beside him with a sharper looking over the shoulder (OTS) graphic like you'd see in a newscast.
Replace the jittery supers with solid still supers with a select number of colors so the viewer can glance at the information on them without being distracted from what's happening on camera. Also, be sure to use a simple font that's easy to read like Arial Black, Franklin Gothic Heavy, or Impact.
When shooting an interview, use just one camera on the interview subject. Lock down that shot and never leave it unless you're cutting away to appropriately referenced B-roll (training, workout routines, etc. -- whatever the interview subject is talking about). Also, be sure to use lighting in front of and behind the interview subject so the camera can see them and so they aren't swallowed by the shadows.
I'd also recommend adding a constant bug during programming so viewers will know what they're watching. If the station already runs a bug over programming, place yours in the opposite lower corner.
I hope this helps gives you some ideas. Let me know if I can be any further help.
In case anyone wanted a closer look at the OTS:
