Sriracha sauce

As always, I'm going against the majority and going to claim that this sauce is just hype. It tastes bland and seeing how it originated in Thailand (known for lack of hygiene in the kitchen and use of dubious ingredients), it's probably made from recycled newspaper and dried apple scraps. If you think this sauce is tasteful I got a car to sell you. Ask any saucier what he thinks of sriracha. Professional sauciers probably use this to clean the toilets. Unless you're eating leftovers from 2 weeks ago, this sauce should be avoided.

I dislike it.always disapointed when I go to an asian place and that is their hot sauce.

Now that korean sweet spicy sauce is delicious though.
 
I love it but it's become trendy now so I need to find something more obscure.
 
It's decent but Crystal's and the chipotle Tabasco absolutely shit all over it in any circumstance. Sriracha is basically SoCal bro hipster hot sauce. It's the Forever 21 of hot sauces.
Crystals is 50% vinegar, 49% salt, 1% red pepper. How is that better than angry cock sauce?

i prefer legit hot sauces. sriracha doesn’t bring enough heat to the table to catch my attention & it doesn’t really taste that great imo

If you cook Thai food its in almost every dish. They have it in a much hotter form in a jar, that's the one I use a lot.

if i’m adding hot sauce to enhance something, i expect the heat to grab me by the balls. sriracha’s heat just gives you a flirty slap on the wrist.

I went to culinary school and specialized in sauces. I love angry cock sauce.
 
If you cook Thai food its in almost every dish. They have it in a much hotter form in a jar, that's the one I use a lot.
i’ll have to try the hotter version. i don’t dislike sriracha, but typically don’t love the flavor or heat when used as a condiment. i don’t mind its use in Thai dishes, & i’ll still use it liberally for dipping my pho meats in.
