    Which would you rather have speed or power. When I say speed I am talking about Camacho hand speed or slow thudding power like Palvik. Which would rather prefer in yourself or a fighter you train. And why.

    Speed is a factor of Power, you fail.

    Speed can be a factor of power but not all fighters with quick hands can apply to generate ko power or power to do damage. Paul Magili had quick ass hands and feet but knock anybody out, why is that then if speed is power.

    F = MA

    So speed can give you power, power cannot give you speed.

    Most times I would rather have the speed (hand and foot speed) over slow thudding power because more things can be done with that speed but having slow thudding power really decides your general style. The only exception in my mind is if I have a big Heavyweight then maybe I'll take the power.

    Jesus christ bananas, f=ma is NOT the correct approach to describe "power". If you have a constant velocity of 1800mph, and an object that weighs 800 tons, you have ZERO force, because there is no acceleration.

    Kinetic energy is a much better representation.
