***SOS HELP ME IMMEDIATELY***

A St. Henri resident is calling for more police patrols along the Lachine Canal after two people tried to mug him.

Joshua Harley was walking home from work Tuesday when he was approached by two men.

"The one guy said to give him everything I had in my pocket, and the other guy stepped forward," said Harley.

When one of them stepped closer to him, he lashed out.

The martial arts instructor and Mixed Martial Arts fighter grabbed one man and knocked him to the ground, prompting the other man to flee.

"I have a black belt in karate, I've done Muy Thai for 17-18 years, I've fought professionally in Muy Thai and mixed martial arts so I've been around the block," he said.

Harley then called police and explained what happened.

It's not an approach Harley recommends to everyone, but as he pointed out, he specifically trains to fight.

Eight months ago, following a rash of attacks in the neighbourhood, including an assault on a 22-year-old, Harley began offering self-defence courses at his gym, Tritton Performance/Harley Muay Thai.

Harley said it would be better to improve lighting around the canal, and for police to increase their foot patrols in the region.

But police say walking on the street is a safer option.

"If you can walk on the street it's better for you, the lighting is more persistent, there are more people, but if people feel safe going on the bike path it's okay for them, but one thing is for sure, we won't be able to take our car at night and patrol the bike path," said officer Sylvain Parent.

Also the math doesn’t really add up. He says he’s been living in Thailand for 6 years and has kids but this seminar was in 2019?
I noticed that as well - he said he was there for 6yrs but the news story about the muggers was from 2017 (roughly 3yrs ago).

Just here to post and be a part of sherdog history

I'm finding info that suggests this guy was training people in Canada in the last 2 years, like he ran a gym there.

I thought this was ended by page 15? Why the 30+ more pages?

Yeah Youtube Video's from 2018-2019 suggest he's in Canada in a Gym(named Harley Muay Thai)

One comment from TS 1 year ago:
@alexroll 92 our fight teams record is 93-11-1 so it's been working out so far. Thanks for the kind words

Just a thought, IF he had been hacked but didn't give a shit, and then when dude went round to his Hotel and mentioned Sherdog folks being worried about you, don't you think he would have made an attempt to come on the Website by now to see what the fuck the random dude who just came around to your hotel was on about? Even via signing up with a different account if he couldn't log into his account, i'd be pretty eager to have a look myself.

I mean maybe he really doesn't care at all, but that hadn't occurred to me.
Maybe he thought Wormwood was some kind of spy and was just trying to be cool till he left.

Would you answer the door to a spy?
If he didn't know he'd been hacked, and said hacker is the one writing the paranoid ramblings, what evidence is there to suggest he's worried about a spy? or feeling any paranoia at all.
