Ive been looking for 2 days now and I cant find the "Master Carlson thinks your a Creonte" picture. Could someone help me out - I know its not really your jobs, but it makes me laugh, and I thought this was the best place to get it. Thanks in anticipation! Dave
i'll bump this as well. sadly, i got into jiu-jitsu right around the time that he passed away. would love to see the picture.
Creonte was a character in a play or television show that Carlson Gracie liked. Creonte was a traitor, so Carlson called anyone, who he thought betrayed him and left his jiu-jitsu team, a Creonte.
How is it pronounced? Much like Tanamou!, I feel this must be an addition to my vocabulary. Cray-on-tay?
7 replies and no picture!! arrrrrrrrgh! Ive always pronounced it - cree-on-tay. Traitor is how I understand it and I believe that it was used in the desciption of people that had taken advantage of his kindness and then left.
