    Hey there. I'll break down the answer in bits.

    1) You can't move your thread once posted. Only mods can move threads. Plat members can delete their own posts / threads though.

    2) Where should it be moved to? I'll cover that in 3) :p

    Best advice is if you see someone posting in any CC vs Mir thread that seems pretty confident that his pick is better than yours, send him a pm offering an Av bet.

    Feel free to ask him in the thread if he wants an Av bet and then take it to PM's. Even add it in your sig if you like leading up to the fight that you have an Av bet with whoever.

    Just don't start threads purely for Av / Sig / Account bets.

    Plats used to be able to move their own threads, why did they take that away?

    Not sure, I think they lost the ability at least a year ago as I didn't have the option when a plat.
