Ok here is the deal i lift 3 days a week train mma 3 days a week and do sprints and cardio 5 days a week and i work physical labor so i am always sore what supps should i buy or what could i do for my diet to help me recover better and faster so i can move around a little better without wenceing in pain
 
Glutamine will help recovery, as can creatine or a Nitrous product. I also use Arnica pellets personally.
