It's getting pretty ridiculous, there is far more discussion about the looks of the women than the fights/training/anything else.

UFC signs a new fighter. Forget posting anything about record, fight style, potential matchups etc. let's have the post ONLY include pictures, including ones of just her ass.

And just about any thread about Meisha/Ronda devolves into talking about their looks/who's hotter. I don't think you can go into a thread about either of them without seeing at least 1 picture purely about their looks and having nothing to do with them as fighters.

I would understand if it came up occasionally, but when it's more prevalent than fight discussion, I think it's absurd and needs to be dealt with

We put a good deal of effort into keeping these types of threads clean, free of any type of sexually suggestive content, and on topic, but no one can expect a bunch of guys to hold a discussion about female fighters completely free of comments regarding their looks. Boys will be boys.

nvm i see you're already on it, my apologies for interrupting.

Thread should be "Something needs to be done about WMMA and/or Akiyama discussion in the UFC forum"

Odds of Nos showing up when you quote him in a post improve by a significant percentage btw!

People should be allowed to talk about them being Sexy if they are taking half nude photos and pics of booty shorts.

I do agree some of the people go over the line talking about "banging" them and crap. That shouldn't be allowed.

And it's the ones who go over the line who get hammered.

It's spelled out clearly in DMF's sticky in the Heavies

Double Yellow Infractions

1. Fighter Bashing (including a fighter's girlfriend/wife/family member(s), refs, promoters and the like). Criticism is fine; flaming is not. No insults (calling fighters cans, chumps, scrubs, etc.). Please note that an unsubstantiated accusation of steroids and PEDs is fighter bashing. In regards to female fighters, posting inappropriate, sexual or graphic comments is considered trolling and fighter bashing.

What about the troll threads that was made solely for the purpose of bashing female fighters that pops up every other day in the UFC box?

I know you know where the report button is.

With female fighters?

They always pop up like mushrooms in the Heavies every time there's a card with the ladies on it, and I hardly see any of them getting locked and the thread starter gets dubbed, so I'm unsure if that wholesale bashing of an entire gender is prohibited or not.

These are just the ones in Page 1 right now:

If you are to clarify that WMMA-bashing threads are prohibited, just like it is for races and nationalities, I'll glady report them if it means there's actual repercussion for the repeated-offenders in those threads.

And yes, they are usually the same garbage from the same people.

Bashing of females fighters is prohibited, as mentioned above in similar posts about this.

It's pretty clear in the sticky in the UFC forum.

Can't be more clear imo.

Saying women's MMA sucks is not bashing but sexually explicit comments are and are handled routinely. Looking at the threads you linked, infractions were handed out for inappropriate comments, trolling, bashing, etc.

What more do you expect?
