How tall are you?
In my experience in high school wrestling at 125, I ate three meals a day in light portions. I probably should have eaten five times a day in small portions, but high school makes that difficult. In any case, you should do extra running after practice and on your own during rest days with no practice. You can lose up to 5 pounds in a week just by working out a little longer and eating light.
Just make sure you don't overdo it. Every year several wrestlers die from dehydration. It is a really sad and pointless way to go IMHO. Making weight isn't that important unless you are Kenny Stevens (that l0z3r).
