Someone have a stretching routine?

Does anyone have a stretching routine I can start doing for MMA so that I can become really flexible and when to do the,. And if someone does, will I have to continue doing it as long as i want to be flexible? Oh yea and a def. of some of the terms would be great if they aren't jsut common sense
 
Search the Standup forum, there are many threads about flexibility over there.
 
yeah i could use some leg flexibility the hip and back flexibility will come in time if you keep doing jiu jitsu
