I fight southpaw and often use long stance and movement to set up my left hand. I also use oblique kicks.

However, its not just cause im a fan. I studied JKD so southpaw was the original stance they taught me, im ambidexterous with my stance. I fight orthodox too.

Someone said I bounce tooo much and im trying to be mcgregor

But he can never hit me.

Sounds good, I had typical breakfast food earlier

3 sausages
4 bacon slices
3 eggs
4 eggo waffles + peanut butter
2 cups of fruitopia
Banana

it was pretty good. I'm planning to have it again more frequently.
 
Where do people get this idea of McGregor being some sort of bouncy fighter from? Yes, he jumps back to land that legendary counter left of his but his entire method of drawing out that shot is cutting off the ring and pressuring his opponent to the cage. Conors not an out fighter, he's a pressure fighter who happens to be lanky.

A little garlic
One Bell pepper

Fry into a omelett . And put it on top of two slices of brown bread .
 
I quit drinking coffee in the mornings, now I just drink water.
 
I'm just past having to cut weight for a tourney so I give zero fucks about what I'm eating. Already back up to 180.

Had two bacon and egg Tornados from a convenience store and some strawberry-banana yogurt.

Today I tried for the first time traditional Bavarian Sausages. I dont like krauts but I do have to admit that they know how to make badass sausages
 
Fight camp breakfast: coffee with 2T heavy cream, 1T MCT oil, 2T butter and a handful of vitamins.

No fight coming up breakfast: cookies.

The responses in this thread are exactly why people don't take Sherdog seriously when it comes to discussing things. OP is trying to have a convo about his McGregor-like style (whose similarity is pure coincidence, since OP comes from JKD) and you guys are talking nonsense about breakfast.

Having said that, it seems like many of you are neglecting vegetables in your breakfast routine. I can't blame you, as I wouldn't want to eat kale or some shit with breakfast either. I usually just do the eggs and sausage/bacon/etc normal stuff with a morning coffee.

Sometimes, I switch it up and eat pasta and shrimp for breakfast. #YOLO

What is a 1/2 cup of garlic? Chopped up cloves thrown into a measuring cup? Shouldn't garlic be measured using a weight basis? 2 g or 4 oz of garlic, etc?

I drink coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon.

I heard white tea has the most amount of caffeine.

Hmm...that makes sense as I usually drink green tea at work (for the antioxidants) to try to wake up and it never seems to work. Maybe I'll try the white tea for that.

Have you done any in-depth comparisons on how awake white tea keeps you versus, say, green or Earl Grey? I'd be curious to hear your feedback, if you have any.
