Some old MMA instructional DVD’s.

Great thread. The fedor and bas ones I used when trained full time
The Bas ones are very interesting to watch. Not super up to date but it’s very cool seeing someone like Bas who came in to MMA as a striker adapt and end up having more submission wins than KO’s.

He was one of the first guys doing it,its great to see his observations, and how he sought to use his knowledge at such an early time.

Hey guys just checking my created playlists I’ve noticed that many of them are unlisted.

I’m really sorry about this I guess that’s the problem with collecting these kinds of videos.

Anyway I have a few more vids I’ve come across.

if anyone has found anymore instructionals uploaded by all means please post them! :)

Again sorry for the inconvenience guys.

Found this thread through a Google search and signed up just so I could ask this question, tried sending a DM to the OP but it wouldn't let me. Did anybody happen to rip the Don Frye stuff before it got taken down? I'd really like to check that series out. Been looking all over the internet for it but I can't find it anywhere, and apparently it's a 15 DVD set.

If anyone has it or has a good magnet link or something please shoot me a DM, really want to add it to my collection.

Sad that almost all the vids are gone lol.

I wanted to post a few of Chuck Lidell’s Hybrid Freestyle DVDs but the only copies I found were on a porn site and a very sketchy one at that.

Sorry.

I’m trying to curate DVDs made by established MMA fighters so I’ll let you know if I find anything across the web! :)

Here’s is what I think is the whole Nogueira series.

I don’t know if they’re in order or if the series is complete.

I’m wondering how many instructionals were made during the PRIDE era? That would be great to see some from then.

I found this video of Jens Pulver doing a fitness for MMA instructional.

I don’t know how well it holds up to modern standards of strength & conditioning but should be an interesting watch!

It’s getting hard to find videos done by actual accomplished MMA fighters. BJJFanatics do a bunch of great instructionals from fighters but I try to find vintage stuff from say the 90’s or PRIDE era guys.
