It's funny that Conor fans act as if there wasn't the UFC or MMA fans prior to him even being a blip on the radar, goes to show how narrow certain people's view of reality is. If anything I look forward to coming to Sherdog and not seeing the forum run up with idiotic touch butt and Conor said threads, after all this is actually an MMA forum right?

To be fair, his upcoming bouts of depression as he copes with bankruptcy and his girlfriend leaving him may actually be quite something to behold.

Conor has the most exciting fighting style in mms right now. Of course people want to watch him fight, and the opponent doesn't really matter, the ppv numbers prove that. Anyone that can't enjoy a fighters performance because of personal dislike is just a straight clown.

And btw, all these conor hate threads are every bit as annoying as the nuthugging threads.

One hundred percent. Drama is the soul of MMA. If I wanted to watch high level athleticism I'd follow a mainstream sport with far more $$, far superior talent pool and far superior athletic specimens.. If I wanted to see the baddest primates on planet earth I'd go watch alpha Silverbacks duking it out on Animal Planet. If I wanted to truly appreciate the intricacies of martial arts employed by experts in combat, I'd have gotten out of my couch & found a legit gym to study and train, but I'm a fat slob who doesn't understand 90% of the ninja shit done by Maia or Cruz. You tell me WTF else am I supposed to be interested in?
