Is there any way they could have used thise gambit to profit? E.g. swung the odds to Dada then other people take advantage of the now skewed odds for Kimbo before the odds update?

To be fair, MMA is such a low handle sport that a small amount of betters can swing a line.

Like if you and 4 friends each bet 50 grand on a random week 7 NFL game, the books won't even blink. Maybe if you each walked into the same casino and were standing in line one after the other someone might care but NFL games are big handle.

This wasn't even main aisle MMA, these "big whales" could have been betting way less than you think to move the line in all of Vegas which tugged the line worldwide.
