    Kampmann is technically proficient everywhere and has a ton of experience.. He is a great candidate for head coach. People don't realize how good he is in general.

    He throws strikes with perfect technique, he just seems to be dumb sometimes in the cage so idk how that will workout as a coach.

    His wrestling, TDD, Striking, positional grappling, and submissions are all really good he obviously has the knowledge to be a good coach.

    he lacked mostly on striking defence in the cage (probably was a good kickboxer/thaiboxer in the ring), for the rest Martin is/was a solid allrounded top fighter

    He's a temporary coach unless they like his training. He's just filling in while they scout other coaches.
