Hey guys seeing as Miesha just beat Holly does that make Ronda the best in WMMA at 135lbs and Holly was just a bad style match-up for her? Or is it Holly and she just got complacent in those last 2 minutes?

Props to Miesha but we all know how the Ronda fight goes because we've seen that fight and we know how it ends.

She has 2 losses to Rousey, 1 to Zingano & 1 to Kaufman who Rousey has first round finishes over, I don't think Miesha can beat Ronda if I'm being honest, if Holm had Rouseys transition knowledge she would have got the W last night, Rouseys clinch and ground game is too strong for Tate.

Kaufman fight was a long time ago, she was winning the Zingano fight before an arguably early stoppage and she didn't have her 'Neo' bulk yet back then which she put on to keep up at 135.

It was a long time ago for Ronda too and Miesha has more experience, Rousey clearly has a natural talent for MMA.

I'm not saying Tate isn't good I'm just saying why Ronda is likely the GOAT of WMMA while it's in it's infancy.

Ronda is the GOAT but I'm just saying IMO Tate has a better chance than you think in a 3rd fight if she sticks mostly to striking, her Neo-weight seems to help keep her gas tank up since she isn't being as overpowered compared to when she was undersized. She actually had gas in the championship rounds against Holly who is big and had gas in the third against McMann while against Rousey and Zingano she seemed to tire more quickly.

WMMA isn't really in its infancy considering it's been around for more than 10 years, there was a time when a young Roxanne Modafferi was the number 1 P4P.

Mieshas lack of punching power isn't going to stop Ronda from doing the typical bull rush into clinch. I really REALLY hope Miesha wins in the inevitable trilogy but I just think it's a horrible matchup for her. Holly doesn't rush in and Miesha did not need to deal with the clinch. Ronda's bottom game is worlds better than Holly. Miesha getting takedowns and minimize risks on the feet got her the win, I don't think that game plan would work at all against Ronda.

But, who knows maybe if Tate fights a more technical fight against Ronda she can win. I think Miesha really thrives on scrambled and scraps and that's very hard to beat Ronda in. Orrrrr maybe Miesha takes Ronda's back during a throw attempt and get a RNC? A man can dream
