If Tony wins and doesn't get the shot I'll be surprised. Khabib too. RDA has his work cut out when his foot gets healed.

This should be a 5 rounds fight after yesterday.
I realize that these guys don't move the needle like Nate and Conor but I believe these guys are #1 & #2 at 155.

It is a 5 round fight.

The only contender alongside them is Nate Diaz and Eddie Alvarez. The winner of this fight makes for a far more appealing challenger.

Will Ferguson get it over Alvarez?
Will Khabib stay healthy?

Let's just wait and see.

this makes sense to me, but i haven't heard it officially announced anywhere. winner vs dos anjos at ufc 200?

I think it should be. I would book Diaz vs Eddie for another potential title eliminator.

yep and its on a fox card so people will get introduced to the 2 contenders

You know I rather see Ferguson bs Nate Diaz and Khabib vs Alvarez.

Eddie said Khabib/Ferguson is most likely #1 contender fight and he's waiting for another fight. It was in one of his recent periscope, it was like 30 minutes.

But who will Alvarez fight next?

He beat Melendez and Pettis
Johnson lost his last one
Diaz might face Lawler
Barboza is not likely to beat Pettis

Nate, hopefully or Cowboy rematch. Nate shouldn't fight Robbie, he's too big.

Yeah I think it will be.

That makes a lot of sense. Eddie should fight nate as already stated. Those two fights should make the dust settle at lightweight.

Who do you guys think Pettis should face if he beats Barboza, or am I getting way ahead of myself?

If Ferguson wins, sure.

Khabib should have to finish a Top 15 opponent before fighting for a title.
It's not the Ultimate Slam Championship or the Ultimate Takedown Championship.

Try to get a goddamn sub, or try to finish your opponent with strikes.

Man I hope so. Would make sense in my mind. Then they could do the FW and LW belts at 200 (depending on RDAs health). The only other belt to put up is Robbie's against Woodley. You'd think they'd want to have at least two belts on the line. Then again, the UFC never does what I think makes sense.
