Pretty much. The gold standard for this nonsense was easily when Cody Necktats beat Dominick Cruz, and so many people were riding his dick that was the GOAT 135er with the best boxing ever... only for him to begin the epic downfall of his career in his very next fight.

That's why I'm still not sold on Ilia Topuria. Yea he's fast and he has slick boxing. But can he stop Islam or Arman's takedowns and grappling? Can he keep knocking people out without getting KO'd himself?
