That is the most likely answer. All the sanctions most likely halted every thing and it has to be local only until sanctions and travel restrictions are lifted.
 
It's still running in Russia and the surrounding area, just not in the US for now. I think it's as much to do with the US backers being tied to Crypto as it is with Ukraine.

Even if he is still part owner the promotion won't do nearly as well without his presence and in the link i posted it says he has stepped down. He'd be better off to sell his stake. I am unaware of the crypto aspect care to explain in a little more detail?

They were sponsored by the crypto company that had the massive fraud recently (i forget what it's called) and they ran their shows in their arena and on their app.

tbf LFA is probably a better prospect producer than EFC at the moment. Mainly because they've been attracting all the Brazilians, but recently the Bonfim brothers, Gabriella Fernandes, Jacqueline Amorim, Lucas Fernando, Jose Delano, Gabriel Santos, Carlos Leal, Ben Tynan, Jean Matsumoto, Gigi Canuto, Wellington Prado etc etc have been fighting for them.

LFA is way better than EFC, EFC just started up and way more shallow with a much smaller roster. No argument here. But they focus on specific regions just like Eagle FC does and there's value in acknowledging that.

LFA will take anyone, but you have to be prepared to go to the states to fight for them really (the Brazil cards are all Brazilians for the most part with the odd Argentinian). They have former ACA fighter Azamat Bekoev debuting for them next month and they have Muin Gafurov as their current BW champ. They've also had Leyva from Mexico, Horiuchi, Tanaka and Kawana from Japan, Hassanzada from Afghanistan, a couple of Mongolians, Abuev from Russia etc fight for them in the last year or so.

It is fair to say the majority of fighters are American and Brazilian though.

Not the same company FLX is for eagle fc, FTX is the crypto one that one sponsored Miami Heat basketball arena

From what I read from interviews with Shamil Zavurov (second cousin of Khabib and head of Eagle) and Rizvan (not sure what is his position, also works with Abdelaziz) they have plans for event in Saudi Arabia/UAE in February or later. There is plans for events in US.
I think I read that because of Khabib’s no betting and alcohol policy they have problems finding sponsors and I think one of their sponsors, Gorilla energy drink have problems with the law in Russia.

FTX is not the same arena as the FLX (app) arena they were using … the Eagle Fc one is a warehouse
