Considering both times Bobby had something break early on and still won, yeah.

Romero is a punching bag with no gas 90% of both fights. If he doesn't land a few bombs he gets shut out of either. Shit, him landing a bomb saves him from losing most of his fights when he's down. I'd say that makes Knuckles the superior fighter.
