Yeah, it's pretty bad. Not only do refs not crack down on deliberate fouls, but also commissions often won't overturn decisions that came as a direct result of blatant fouls.

Need to start throwing out a warning and then if it continues you deduct a point. I just grow tired of watching the ref warn 100 times during a fight and then they do nothing as it continues to happen.

It's not always like that. Groovy got a point deducted for a knee to the shoulder of a downed opponent that the ref thought was a knee to the head.

Not only did that stoppage stop Groovy from finishing him... it stopped the judges from awarding what was obviously a 10-8 round because they were mis-informed by the ref. The point deduction took away Groovy's W... & now all the posers who are only concerned with records endlessly quote that Groovy didn't win.

& in the end... the knee was no where near the head! WTF?
